You will absolutely not get pills or supplements from me, nor a promise to lose 50 pounds in one month or two. If you're looking for a miracle, this is the wrong address :-)

I can however guarantee that you will lose between 6 and 8 pounds of bodyfat per month when following my plan. Not to worry - you are not expected to starve yourself to that dream body - I actually encourage you to eat and drink whenever you are hungry, and I will tell you what foods are right for you.  And while going to a gym is not required to lose weight, after an inital period of weight loss, I do recommend to start exercising in order to tone your body, and I will provide you with exercises that help you with your goal.
